David Alberto Fuentes Carmona

A court-appointed Judicial Administrator in major bankruptcies for over a decade, David works with the São Paulo State Court (TJ-SP) and, through his own consultancy, has represented more than 80 bankruptcies and judicial reorganizations in the State of São Paulo. A 2011 law graduate of FMU, he holds a postgraduate degree in Bankruptcy Law and Corporate Reorganization from FADISP (2016).

The firm's managing partner, Henri leads crisis management and dispute resolution, and also works in real estate, tax and wealth planning. Recognized as a Notable Practitioner in tax, he is a full member of the São Paulo Bar Association's Institute of Attorneys.
